Information we collect
The estimate form collects your full name, email address, phone number and the project message you choose to provide. Basic technical information may also be processed by the website host to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request, contact you about the project, schedule follow-up and maintain an internal lead record. We do not sell contact-form information.
Where submissions go
Form submissions may be delivered by email and recorded in a restricted business spreadsheet. Access should be limited to the business owner and authorized people who help respond to project inquiries.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for estimating, customer service, business records and legal obligations. No online system is perfectly secure, but reasonable controls are used to limit access.
Calls, recordings and transcripts
If a future phone system records or transcribes calls, the call flow will provide the disclosure and consent process required by applicable law before that feature is used.
